Teamers,
I received a note from Peter Coffee at PC Week. He alerted me to a couple of interesting upcoming Ada articles.

Peter Coffee <72631.113@compuserve.com> wrote:

"In the 12/12 issue of PC Week, I think, you'll find my review of Alsys ActivAda for Windows with an accompanying story on the SUNY experience in switching from C to Ada for a real-time programming course and seeing a huge increase in the fraction of students actually completing the assigned project. I have also steered our news department to the milestone of an object oriented language actually achieving ISO standard status, namely Ada 9x [94 now?] of course, and that may get some ink as well.
Thanks for your note."

List of Ada Articles in the Trade Press

I have compiled the following list of Ada articles that have appeared over the last four years in various trade magazines. I included software, engineering, and computing magazines that people casually read (note I did not include academic journals).

As far as I can tell, certain publications have historically lacked Ada articles (all networking magazines and many PC-oriented magazines), while others (Embedded Systems Programming, etc) tend to accept articles regularly. Overall, I haven't seen too many articles this year.

I am not sure how big this list will grow, but if anyone wants to add to it, please send me the reference. (I could not find references to trade papers in the AdaIC archives more recent than 1991.)
