We intend to provide here information on Ada education and training in or near Belgium, and pointers to other sources that can be consulted. Feel free to contribute to this list. The entries are updated whenever the resp. companies provide us new information.

Open SPARK Courses for September 2010

We've now scheduled SPARK Courses for September 2010. There's a Software Engineering with SPARK course, then Advanced SPARK Program Design and Verification, and then the (new) Introduction to the Proof Checker all running. Details on either www.altran-praxis.com or www.adacore.com as usual.

Aonix provides Ada trainings in French, English or German language. Those trainings can be organized on-site at Aonix facilities or at the location of your convenience. Aonix can also offer courses customized to your special needs.

The Ada-Belgium Meetings and Conferences page gives information on events we organize, a.o. a course on Ada 95 thaught end of 1998 and again early 2001.

Ada Distilled (pdf format) by Richard Riehle is aimed at experienced programmers who want to learn Ada at the programming level. The book summarizes some key features of the Ada language that are essential for getting started. Think of this a quick-start book, one that enables the experienced programmer to get into the Ada language quickly and easily.
