The fifth General Assembly of Ada-Belgium will take place at

The Agenda has been fixed as follows :

• Introductory word
• Presentation of the work conducted during 1997
• Approval of the balance for 1997 (vote)
• Approval of the budget for 1998 (vote)
• Presentation of the activities organised in 1997 and discussion about the ones to be organised in 1998
• Choice of the size of the Board (vote)
• Presentation of the candidates
• Election of the Board (vote)
• Varia

The mandates of the Board members arrive to their end; they may be reelected but they have to apply formally for it, together with any other member willing to enter the Board: all candidates are invited to notify their desire before February 10 (1998) at the Ada-Belgium Secretary.
Members willing to add items to the agenda are invited to do so also before February 10 (1998), at the same address as above.
If you have not yet renewed your affiliation, please do so with the enclosed form before the General Assembly.
