IMPORTANT NOTICE:
-----------------

If you are considering participation in ParCo2003, please remember that
the DEADLINES for early (conference) registration and for booking a hotel
room at the \"ibis Bastei\" or at the university guest house are only
ONE WEEK away!
-------------

The guest house is filling up very quickly, but there is still a
sufficient number of rooms available at the ibis Bastei at the moment.
However, we will not be allowed to reserve a large block of rooms after
31 JULY, so there is no guarantee that you will be able to book a room
in one of these hotels after 31 JULY, especially since Dresden is
bustling with tourists in September.

Early registration for ParCo2003 closes on 1 AUGUST (your early payment
must arrive by 8 August). If for any reason you have to cancel your
registration, a full refund minus a handling charge of 40 Euros will
be made if a written cancellation request is received by the ParCo2003
Conference Office before 15 August 2003.

We are looking forward to welcoming you in Dresden in September.
