This hypertext version was created by Chris Morgan (chris.morgan@baesema.co.uk).
I simply loaded the ASCII text files into GNU Emacs and used the emacs html-mode to convert the heading and paragraphs into html. Not the best way, but it's all I know (It's amazing what you can do with keyboard macros). This work was fuelled mostly by Holst's "The Planets Suite" and a lot of black coffee.
Thanks to Do-While for encouraging this work (and for writing the book in the first place and then giving it away).
Thanks to Magnus Kempe, creator of the Ada Home Page at EPFL in Switzerland that originally got me interested in hypertext.
Thanks to Professor Robert Dewar (NYU), compiler wizard, and the rest of the GNAT team who got me all fired up about Ada (again).
Thanks to Richard Stallman (FSF) for emacs, gcc, the gnat library model idea and the whole GNU project.
Thanks to Professor Michael Feldman (GWU), tireless Ada champion, for general encouragement and initial testing of this hypertext conversion.
I work for BAeSEMA Limited in London, England. We have large Ada systems in service with the UK Royal Navy. They hired me and taught me about Ada, and also provided the computers this was created on. The time was my own.
