Engineering Environment-Mediated Multi-Agent Systems (EEMMAS)

Together with Sven Brueckner and Yves Demazeau, I organized a conference on Engineering of Environment-Mediated Multiagent Systems, October 1-5, 2007 in Dresden, Germany. EEMMAS was be organized as a satellite conference of the European Conference on Complex Systems (ECCS). The objective of EEMMAS was to advance state of the art theories and engineering of environment-mediated multiagent systems, with a particular focus on disciplined engineering approaches for mediated coordination and self-organization. The proceedings of EEMMAS are published as a volume in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). Selected and revised papers will be published in a Special Section of the ACM Transactions on Autonomous and Adaptive Systems (TAAS).
