Research:
My research is about statistical relational artificial intelligence and statistical relational learning (SRL). These subfields of artificial intelligence are about the use of relational probabilistic models and how to learn them from data. My PhD thesis is entitled "Learning directed probabilistic logical models from relational data" (July 2008).
I am a postdoctoral fellow of FWO Vlaanderen.
From February 1 to June 30 2011, I visited Kristian Kersting's STREAM group (Fraunhofer IAIS institute, Sankt Augustin, Germany).
